Stryker Corporation in Sacramento, CA seeks a Field-based Joint Replacement Sales Representative to promote and sell orthopedic joint replacement products, develop customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the OR. This role is field-based with travel and commission-based compensation.

You will manage accounts, meet sales targets, demonstrate products, provide training to surgeons and OR staff, and participate in industry events. Travel about 10% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 4 years’ experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth, develop customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the operating room (OR). What you need Required: * Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 4 years’ experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role (or a combination of the two)* Proven track record of achieving sales goals* Knowledge of and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems Preferred: * Medical device sales experience* Experience in a clinical work environment* Expertise with orthopedic joint replacement products* Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience Additional information * This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids.
