Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for Joint Replacement in West Palm Beach, FL. You will promote and sell orthopaedic joint replacement products, grow key accounts, and support surgical teams in the OR to drive revenue.

You will conduct product demonstrations, train clinicians, maintain inventory, and participate in industry events while often working evenings and weekends to meet territory needs. A strong sales track record is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare/sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.

What you need Required: * Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 4 years’ experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role (or a combination of the two)* Proven track record of achieving sales goals* Knowledge of and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems Preferred: * Minimum 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.* Medical device sales experience.* Experience with Joint Replacement products, procedures, and customer accounts strongly preferred.* Experience supporting hip, knee, robotic-assisted, or revision Joint Replacement procedures preferred.* Demonstrated knowledge of the orthopedic Joint Replacement market preferred.* Experience working in a clinical, surgical, or hospital environment.* Experience supporting orthopedic surgical procedures.* Experience with orthopedic implant technologies. Additional information * This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids.
