Job summary

Stryker is hiring an Associate Sales Representative for Joint Replacement in the United States. You will support the sales team by covering cases, evaluating products in OR and office settings, and contributing to territory development.

You will communicate with Sales Representatives to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting experienced sales staff, conducting product evaluations, maintaining inventory, educating medical staff, and building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; medical certification acceptable with related experience.
• Associate’s degree with clinical or sales experience; high school diploma with longer tenure also acceptable.
• Military service considered as related experience for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products in OR and office settings.
• Conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and clinics.
• Track territory progress and communicate with Sales Representatives.
• Resolve product issues onsite and educate medical staff.
• Build lasting client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain sample inventory and support on-call coverage as needed.
• Learn and develop selling skills with coaching from Managers.
• Complete required trainings and certifications to maintain product expertise.
