Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Piedmont Joint Camp at High Point Medical Center. This part-time position (24 hours per week) supports the Joint Replacement Center with 7am–7:30pm shifts on weekdays, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating with surgeons, therapists, and case managers.

The unit emphasizes pain management, mobility education, safe discharge planning, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure the safest patient environment and best experience across the continuum.
