• Enrollment in BSN program within 3 years of hire.
• Completion of BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities for nursing care plans.
• Effective communication with patients, families and hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality patient care.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care and education.
• Delegate, supervise and document care for patients and families.
