Job summary

Lilly is constructing a cutting-edge manufacturing site in Lebanon, Indiana, to deliver next-generation medicines. The LP2-EM Joint Process Team Leader will steer cross-functional teams between Lilly and contract manufacturers to align quality, technical agendas, and supply plans.

Role emphasizes relationship-building, project prioritization, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining compliance with GCMS and quality agreements. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry/Biochemistry or related science.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, technical support, quality assurance, and/or quality engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Joint Process Team (JPT) between Lilly and CM to develop and implement Quality and Supply Plans.
• Facilitate quality, technical, and regulatory compliance to ensure continuous supply.
• Manage production, batch release and shipment schedules to meet objectives.
• Resolve supply chain issues and inform management as needed.
• Monitor GCMS metrics and review at API external manufacturing meetings.
• Communicate status to operations, quality, marketing and manufacturing networks.
• Draft MRD defining roles and responsibilities under the contract and QA agreement.
