Job summary

The Department of Physician Assistant Studies and the Department of Nutrition and Public Health at the University of Saint Joseph invite applications for a joint, full-time, 12-month non-tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor starting January 2027 or August 2027.

The ideal candidate will have teaching and clinical experience, contribute to curriculum development and student advising, and participate in program assessment and service activities

Qualifications

• Teaching experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting across PA studies and health sciences.
• Commitment to scholarship and service in a higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach and develop curricula for PA and health science courses.
• Engage in assessment, remediation, and student advising.
• Participate in program analysis, admissions, and committee work.

Education

Master’s degree or higher

Terminal degree in discipline
