Qualifications

• Master's degree in exercise science or closely related field.
• Doctoral degree required for tenure-track.
• National and state credentials as needed for the discipline.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience; curriculum development, online teaching, and program accreditation preferred.
• Commitment to the mission and values of the University and to the profession of exercise science.
• Developing or continuing an active program of scholarship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students in exercise science with an interdisciplinary perspective.
• Contribute to scholarship and service within the department.
• Help guide program direction and accreditation processes as appropriate.
• Collaborate across disciplines to enhance undergraduate education.
