SimIS Inc. seeks a Joint ISR Integration Analyst to support JISR&A Capabilities Programme Director and project coordinators, providing methodological and analytical expertise across DOTMLPFI for multi-source/multi-domain intelligence fusion and integration.

The role interacts with stakeholders from Tactical to Strategic levels. You will coordinate E2E support for JISR&A-related projects, elicit and trace requirements, and help develop doctrinal and policy materials while briefing senior leaders

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, information systems, aeronautics, operations research, PM, MBA or related; bachelor’s + 10 yrs acceptable.
• 10 years’ operational experience in multi-source/multi-domain intelligence fusion at Joint/Strategic level.
• 5–10 years of Programme/Project Management experience in military capability development; PMP desirable.
• 5–10 years in multinational organizations (e.g., NATO) and familiarity with NATO agencies’ role in system development.
• 5–10 years of briefing senior leaders/decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Provide methodological and analytical expertise for JISR&A capability development.
• Support JISR&A projects as required by Capabilities Programme Director and Integrator/Architect.
• Elicit, capture, develop, analyze, evaluate and traceability of high/low-level requirements across DOTMLPFI.
• Develop and review doctrinal corpus (policies, directives, concepts of operation).
• Coordinate DOTMLPFI development and synchronization; propose actions to resolve capability issues.

SimIS, Inc. is seeking contract support for the development of Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Awareness (JISR&A) capability products across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Interoperability (DOTMLPFI) lines of development in a life cycle approach. To support our customer, SimIS, Inc. seeks a Joint ISR Integration Analyst to support the JISR&A Capabilities Programme Director and Project Coordinators in their programme management efforts, including the interaction with JISR&A stakeholders at all levels, from Tactical to Strategic.

Experience Required:

• Master’s degree in engineering, information systems, aeronautics, operations research, project management, business administration or related disciplines. Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience are acceptable.
• Ten (10) years of operational experience in multi-source/multi-domain intelligence fusion and integration on a Joint or Strategic level staff, J2/J23 or J5/J25 experience in NATO or National HQ.
• 5-10 years of Programme/Project Management experience within a complex and dynamic environment, with a focus on military capability development. PMP certification is desirable.
• 5-10 years of experience working in a multinational organization (e.g., a NATO Command, a National military component within NATO Force Structure) and familiarity with NATO agencies’ role in system development.
• 5-10 years of experience briefing senior leaders/decision makers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide methodological and analytical expertise in support of the development and implementation of the holistic approach toward JISR&A capability development, especially with regard to multi-source/multi-domain intelligence fusion and integration.
• Support JISR&A -related projects (e.g. JISR Line of Effort; JISR&A -related Beacon Projects) as required by JISR&A Capabilities Programme Director and the JISR&A Integrator/Architect.
• Support the elicitation, capture, development, analysis, evaluation and traceability of higher and lower-level requirements (such as capability targets, operational requirements, system specifications, interoperability requirements, etc.) across all aspects of DOTMLPFI.
• Support the development, analysis and review of JISR&A -related doctrinal corpus (e.g. policies, doctrines, directives concepts of operation/employment, courses of action and alternatives).
• Coordinate DOTMLPFI development and implementation synchronization; support the development of recommended courses of action to resolve issues relating to capability development, across the capabilities’ lifecycles.
