Qualifications

BS/BA degree required
MBA or MS degree preferred
3-5 years in BI, analytics, data science, or related field
Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences preferred
Ability to produce visualizations and tell data-driven stories with recommendations
Experience translating market data and research into strategic recommendations
Proven cross-functional collaboration and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft tools and BI dashboards like Tableau/PowerBI

Responsibilities

Develop, refine, and implement forecasting models to support strategy and opportunities
Conduct ad-hoc analysis across diverse data sources to derive insights
Analyze global market trends, business models, and competitive reports
Shape the portfolio through global market analysis and opportunity identification
Identify new data sources to improve decision making and forecast accuracy
Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Support quarterly market/share reporting and long-range planning
Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely project delivery
