Job summary

Cape Henry Associates seeks an analyst to support Army Futures Command, Future and Concept Center, Futures Integration Division. You will provide Mission Command/Intelligence and Cyber capability analysis across seven warfighting functions, and contribute to JCIDS products and modernization efforts.

Active Secret clearance required. You will engage in experiments, analyses, and present results to senior leaders, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CJCSI 3170 series documents (JCIDS process).
• Knowledge of US Army acquisition decision processes to include tools, modeling, and current processes.
• Knowledge and experience in Maneuver Support/Protection functions.
• Knowledge and experience in application of M&S techniques in support of JCIDS analysis.
• Capabilities Based Assessments (CBA) practitioner with JCIDS products (CDD, ACDD, DCRs).
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent efforts.
• Experienced facilitator and presenter of analytical results to senior leaders.
• Operations or Planning experience at battalion level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mission Command/Intelligence and/or Cyber capability analysis across seven warfighting functions.
• Offer analysis and recommendations of JCIDS products to the Division Chief and team.
• Engage in experimentation and capability/threat-based analyses.
• Assist in developing the Top Down Modernization Process (TDMP) and its data environment.

Job description

Candidates must have an active Secret clearance and verify, before applying, that you meet the minimum requirements of the position.Target salary range: $85k- $90k. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
Supporting Army Future Command, Future and Concept Center, Futures Integration Division, the analyst will provide Mission Command/Intelligence and/or Cyber capability analysis across the seven warfighting functions. Provides analysis and recommendations of developed/developing JCIDS products to the Division Chief and associated team. Involvement in experimentation and capability/threat based analyzes. Assist in the development of the Top Down Modernization Process (TDMP) and its supporting data environment.
