Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House in North Wilmington, DE is hiring for a donut and pastry production role. This hands-on position requires vision, energy, and a love for scratch-made pastries, with early morning shifts.

You will open the restaurant, produce, proof, bake, and decorate donuts from scratch, bake cookies and muffins, and assist with in-house ice cream production while keeping a clean, organized kitchen in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

We're looking for a creative, motivated team member to join our kitchen in Donut & Pastry Production. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone with vision, energy, and a love for scratch-made pastries.

Responsibilities include:

Opening the restaurant and setting the pace for the day

Producing, proofing, cooking, and decorating donuts from scratch

Baking cookies and muffins

Assisting with in-house ice cream production

Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen

Multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
