Integral Care Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) with an active CHHA license to join our compassionate New Jersey team. This role supports clients at home, assisting with daily activities and providing high-quality, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Current CHHA license in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of one year of work references.
• Newly certified CHHAs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Light housekeeping and home management tasks (laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.).
• Range of motion exercises.
• Transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Medication assistance and oral feeding.
• Vital sign monitoring (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Assist with ambulation and mobility support.

Education
