Job summary

Integral Care Home Care in New Jersey is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) with an active CHHA license to join our compassionate team on a flexible schedule. You will provide in-home care services with dignity and respect, supporting clients in daily activities and health needs.

Qualifications

• Current CHHA license in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of one year of work references.
• Newly certified CHHAs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Light housekeeping and home management tasks (laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.).
• Range of motion exercises.
• Transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Medication assistance and oral feeding.
• Vital sign monitoring (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Assist with ambulation and mobility support.
