Job summary

Integral Care Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) with an active license to join a compassionate, dependable team. You will be respected, supported, and heard as part of our home care group.

We offer bi-weekly pay, holiday pay, a sign-on bonus for CHHAs, flexible scheduling, client placements near your home when possible, a positive and supportive work environment, and stable, reliable employment where we invest in our care team.

Qualifications

• Current CHHA license in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of one year of work references.
• Newly certified CHHAs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care
• Light housekeeping and home management tasks (laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.)
• Range of motion exercises
• Transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices
• Medication assistance and oral feeding
• Vital sign monitoring (temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Assist with ambulation and mobility support
