Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CHHA license in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of one year of work references.
• Newly certified CHHAs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Perform light housekeeping and home management tasks (laundry, meal prep, bed making).
• Support range of motion and mobility; assist with transfers and use of lifting devices as needed.
• Provide medication assistance and oral feeding as directed.
• Monitor vital signs and report concerns to the care team.
• Support clients with ambulation and daily mobility.
