Job summary

AGCO Corporation is seeking an Aftersales Operations Associate for AgRevolution locations across IN, KY, IL, OH. The role focuses on selling, receiving, delivering and maintaining inventory of parts in a timely, accurate and safe manner.

Responsibilities include supporting technicians with parts, coordinating shipments, and maintaining orderly stock. Candidates should have a high school diploma and prior parts/aftersales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment is preferred.
• Aftersales/parts role within automotive or industrial sectors is advantageous.
• Experience using parts catalogs, systems and managing information digitally is expected.

Responsibilities

• Promotes, sells, quotes and fills product/parts orders and services to meet customer needs.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Coordinates receipt of shipments and places stock in inventory locations; handles related payments.
• Keeps areas clean and orderly.
• Manages stock shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.
• Maintains tools, equipment and vehicles in good working order.
• May operate material handling equipment and work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Your Impact

• Promotes, sells, quotes and fills product/parts orders and/or services to meet or exceed customer needs using parts catalogs/systems.

• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.

• Coordinates and verifies receipt of shipments, assists with placing stock in their proper inventory locations and processes related payments.

• Assists in keeping areas clean and orderly.

• Manages stock shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.

• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.

• May be required to operate material handling equipment and work evenings, weekends and holidays

Your Experience and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous experience working with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment.

• Previous experience working in a parts / aftersales role within an automotive, industrial machinery/equipment or related business.

• Previous experience using parts catalogs, systems and managing information utilizing a computer application system.
