AGCO Corporation is seeking a Parts Counter Associate at our Harrisburg, IL location. The role focuses on selling and delivering parts, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with parts catalogs, inventory and basic industrial equipment. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.

• Coordinates and verifies receipt of shipments and processes related payments.
• Assists in keeping areas clean and orderly.
• Manages stock shortages and expedites issues with the manager.
• Maintains all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
• May operate material handling equipment and work evenings, weekends and holidays.

AgRevolution is seeking an Parts Counter Associate for our Harrisburg, IL location. This position is responsible for selling, receiving, delivering and maintaining inventory of parts and in an accurate, prompt and safe manner.

Your Impact

• Promotes, sells, quotes and fills product/parts orders and/or services to meet or exceed customer needs using parts catalogs/systems.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Coordinates and verifies receipt of shipments, assists with placing stock in their proper inventory locations and processes related payments.
• Assists in keeping areas clean and orderly.
• Manages stock shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
• May be required to operate material handling equipment and work evenings, weekends and holidays

Your Experience And Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience working with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment.
• Previous experience working in a parts / aftersales role within an automotive, industrial machinery/equipment or related business.
• Previous experience using parts catalogs, systems and managing information utilizing a computer application system.

Your Compensation

This position will pay within the range of $18.00-$28.00/hour, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 10% of compensation.
