As an Aftersales Operations Associate, your responsibilities will include:

1. Promoting, selling, quoting, and fulfilling product/parts orders to meet customer needs using parts catalogs/systems.
2. Supplying Service Technicians with parts as required.
3. Coordinating and verifying receipt of shipments, managing inventory, and processing related payments.
4. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work areas.
5. Managing stock shortages and reporting issues to the manager.
6. Assisting in maintaining departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles.
7. Operating material handling equipment and working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment.
• Experience in a parts or aftersales role within automotive, industrial machinery, or related industries.
• Proficiency with parts catalogs, systems, and managing information via computer applications.
