Job summary

AGCO is seeking an Aftersales Operations Associate to join our parts and inventory team across multiple locations in IN, KY, IL, and OH. You'll handle parts orders, stock and shipments, and support service technicians with timely parts delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience with parts catalogs, ERP systems, and basic computer skills. You will contribute to safe, efficient operations and may work evenings or weekends to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment.
• Experience in a parts/after-sales role within automotive or industrial sectors.
• Experience using parts catalogs and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Promotes, sells, quotes, and fills product/parts orders and/or services to meet or exceed customer needs using parts catalogs/systems.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Coordinates and verifies receipt of shipments, assists with placing stock in inventory locations and processes related payments.
• Assists in keeping areas clean and orderly.
• Manages stock shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
• May be required to operate material handling equipment and work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Join AgRevolution's candidate pool for Aftersales Operations Associate for our locations across IN, KY, IL, and Ohio! This position is responsible for selling, receiving, delivering, and maintaining inventory of parts in an accurate, prompt, and safe manner.

Your Impact

• Promotes, sells, quotes, and fills product/parts orders and/or services to meet or exceed customer needs using parts catalogs/systems.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Coordinates and verifies receipt of shipments, assists with placing stock in their proper inventory locations and processes related payments.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience working with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment.
• Previous experience working in a parts / aftersales role within an automotive, industrial machinery/equipment or related business.
• Previous experience using parts catalogs, systems and managing information utilizing a computer application system.
