Job summary

AgRevolution / AGCO is seeking an Aftersales Operations Associate for our Upper Sandusky, OH location. The role focuses on selling, receiving, delivering and maintaining inventory of parts in an accurate, prompt and safe manner.

You will support Service Technicians with parts, coordinate shipments, and help keep the department organized. The position may require evenings, weekends, and holidays and requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with parts catalogs and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment.
• Experience in a parts/aftersales role within automotive, industrial machinery/equipment or related business.
• Experience using parts catalogs, systems and managing information utilizing a computer application system.

Responsibilities

• Promotes, sells, quotes and fills product/parts orders to meet or exceed customer needs using parts catalogs/systems.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Coordinates and verifies receipt of shipments; assists with stock placement and related payments.
• Assists in keeping areas clean and orderly.
• Manages stock shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
• May be required to operate material handling equipment and work evenings, weekends and holidays.

AgRevolution is seeking an Aftersales Operations Associate for our Upper Sandusky, OH location. This position is responsible for selling, receiving, delivering and maintaining inventory of parts and in an accurate, prompt and safe manner.

Your Impact

• Promotes, sells, quotes and fills product/parts orders and/or services to meet or exceed customer needs using parts catalogs/systems.

Your Experience and Qualifications
