Qualifications

• Must be enrolled or have firm plans to enroll in a Certified John Deere Ag Tech Program at a participating college.
• This is a 2-year Associate’s Degree Program and is a prerequisite for employment in this role.
• Able to participate in on-the-job training while completing the degree program.

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians with basic service tasks.
• Complete two years of classroom and lab training at a John Deere Tech School.
• Maintain documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders.
