Job summary

A leading John Deere dealership in Indiana is looking for candidates to participate in the John Deere Tech program. This role requires attending a two-year Associate Degree program combined with on-the-job training. Participants will assist service technicians and obtain certifications in key technical areas while benefiting from a competitive package, including paid internships and scholarships. Qualifications

• Candidate must be eager to learn and ready to thrive in a team environment.
• Participation in the John Deere Tech program is required.
• Basic mechanical skills and a willingness to assist senior technicians are expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete on-the-job training assisting service technicians.
• Complete classroom and lab training at a John Deere Tech School.
• Obtain certification in Electrical, Hydraulics, and Service ADVISOR™.
