TRU LAND Equipment is seeking candidates for its John Deere TECH program-based opportunity in Indiana. Participants will engage in on-the-job training alongside service technicians and pursue a two-year associate degree focused on Electrical, Hydraulics, and Service ADVISOR training.

The program includes a competitive paid internship, tuition reimbursement, and a pathway to full-time employment upon graduation. Enrollees receive tools, apparel, and scholarship support during studies.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Certified John Deere Ag Tech Program.
• Plan to enroll or currently enrolled required.
• Two-year associate’s degree program is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training assisting service technicians in basic service tasks.
• Complete two years of classroom and lab training at a John Deere Tech School.
• Complete minimum hours working onsite at the dealership.
• Obtain certification in Electrical, Hydraulics, and Service ADVISOR training.
• Assist senior technicians as needed.
• Learn and perform basic service tasks as assigned.
• Develop understanding of labor efficiencies and meet labor goals.
• Document diagnostics and repairs thoroughly and submit information on time.
