GreenMark Equipment is a premier John Deere dealership with multiple locations in Michigan and Indiana, offering a paid on-the-job training program for aspiring service technicians. The role focuses on learning basic service tasks while pursuing a John Deere TECH degree.

Starting wage is $15–$16 per hour with a half-day interview process. Trainees work toward an associate degree and gain exposure to Electrical, Hydraulics and Service ADVISOR training.

Qualificações

• High school junior/senior with GPA around 2.5 or higher.
• Interest in learning repair methods for off-road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipment.
• Experience operating vehicles and basic diagnostic tools.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist senior technicians with tasks.
• Learn and perform basic service tasks during training.
• Develop understanding of service department operations and dealer systems.
• Accountable for billable time and work orders.
• Complete John Deere University credits as required.
• Maintain documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed.
