Job summary

Geo Owl seeks a Joint Operations Center Watch Specialist in El Paso, TX to support high-priority Special Operations and Joint Interagency missions. You will monitor intelligence, maintain situational awareness, and coordinate activities on a 24/7 watch floor with access to NIPRnet and SIPRnet systems.

The role requires a DoD SECRET clearance and Associate degree, with a background in military or JOC operations. Expect travel up to 10% and a full-time CONUS assignment with potential TDY.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years of experience in a military/JOC setting.
Experience preparing intelligence reports, operational summaries, or briefings.
Working knowledge of intelligence directives and tradecraft.
Active DoD SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

Monitor classified and unclassified intelligence reporting related to Mexico and cartel activities.
Support 24/7 operations and provide reports to command as required.
Maintain records and metrics databases for missions and updates.
Produce official messages and FRAGOs as needed.
Assist COP manager by integrating operational command systems.
