Job summary

Culmen International, LLC is hiring Jr Joint Operations Center Watch Specialists to support operations in El Paso, Texas. The role requires active Top Secret clearance and flexibility to cover all shifts.

You will monitor ISR feeds, write intelligence reports, and maintain multiple data systems to keep the command informed. You will work across networks, compile reports, and support the COP with integrated command systems, contributing to safety and mission success while adhering to IC

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• 3+ years in a military setting for the role.
• Experience in managing operations in a Joint Operations Center.
• Ability to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ISR feeds and direct assets as required.
• Proficient in writing Intelligence reports and applying IC directives.
• Proficient with Maven Smart System.
• Maintain records of RFIs from subordinates and higher organizations.
• Create reports from diverse sources to inform decision makers.
• Maintain metrics databases on missions and updates.
• Monitor networks and data management tools for mission planning.
• Provide written and verbal reports to command for situational awareness.
• Protect data on NIPRnet and SIPRnet per policy.
• Produce official messages and FRAGOs.
• Support COP manager by integrating systems.
