Job summary

Culmen International is seeking a Jr Joint Operations Center (JOC) Watch Specialist to support operations in El Paso, Texas. The role requires monitoring ISR feeds, producing intelligence reports, and coordinating with assets across the JOC.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a military setting.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ISR feeds and direct assets as required.
• Write intelligence reports and maintain records of RFIs.
• Produce official messages and FRAGOs for command.
• Maintain COP and secure data on NIPRnet/SIPRnet.
• Prepare operation summaries and reports for higher headquarters.
