Job summary

Qualifications

• Owns a project’s full lifecycle from scope to closeout.
• Strong estimating and scope-development instincts.
• Familiarity with Gordian or similar JOC estimating platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead JOC projects end-to-end from scope development to field turnover.
• Develop and approve proposals and cost estimates.
• Support billing and maintain alignment between bid, estimate and execution.
• Protect original assumptions and prevent scope creep.
