Chestnutmtn is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Professional Painter to join our team in Illinois. You will prepare surfaces, apply paint and finishes, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires powder prep, finishing, color matching, and thorough cleanup after each project. Responsibilities include surface preparation, applying finishes with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, protecting client spaces, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

  • Previous painting experience preferred (residential and/or commercial).
  • Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders and scaffolding.
