Job summary

Opportunity Partners in the Twin Cities area seeks a Job Support Coach to help clients with disabilities work at customer sites across the metro area. You will travel between locations to back up our Job Support Coaches, supporting production, janitorial, or mailroom tasks and collaborating with teams.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Wage: $20.00 per hour. No experience required. We provide training and a supportive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required. We train you.
• High school degree or GED.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and assist our clients with disabilities while working at our business customer’s site doing either janitorial or mailroom or production work
• Learn what it means to successfully work with others
• Assist our clients with disabilities develop and enhance their work skills
• Bring meaning to their lives by having a job that they enjoy
• Grow and develop their social skills
