Job summary

Opportunity Partners is seeking a Job Support Coach to help adults with disabilities work and earn a paycheck at customer sites in the Twin Cities metro area. You will travel to multiple locations to back up our team and support our clients in production, janitorial, or mailroom tasks.

The role requires agility and collaboration; no prior experience is needed as training is provided. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a wage of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we train you.
• High school degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and assist our clients with disabilities while working at our business customer’s site doing either janitorial or mailroom or production work.
• Learn what it means to successfully work with others.
• Assist our clients with disabilities develop and enhance their work skills.
• Bring meaning to their lives by having a job that they enjoy.
• Grow and develop their social skills.
