Job summary

Opportunity Partners, Inc. in the Twin Cities seeks a Job Support Coach to help adults with disabilities secure and maintain work at client sites across the metro area. You will travel between sites to support our team and cover absences.

Role requires agility, flexibility, and collaboration. Daily duties include assisting with janitorial, mailroom, or production tasks and coaching clients to build job skills and workplace confidence.

Qualifications

• No experience required. We train you.
• Ability to travel to multiple customer sites in the metro area.
• Able to work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with disabilities to work and earn a paycheck at customer sites.
• Travel to metro area sites to back up Job Support Coaches.
• Assist with janitorial, mailroom, or production work at sites as needed.
• Support clients in developing and improving work skills and social skills.
