Job summary

Arc Broward is seeking a Job Readiness Coach to assist adults with Developmental Disabilities with resume and portfolio development, completing job applications, and interview preparation. You will support job seekers across multiple sites with on-the-job readiness.

Travel locally in your own vehicle, maintain accurate activity records, and bring professional judgment to problem-solving. A High School Diploma, local travel capability, and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 6 months of prior work experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Valid FL driver’s license.
• Successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
