Job summary

Arc Broward is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support adults in our Day Program. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8a–4p, with per diem options; compensation is $15/hour.

You will help participants live their best lives, work as a team to maintain a safe environment, and share your skills and interests. Arc Broward is a nonprofit committed to transforming the lives of people with developmental disabilities and other life challenges.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
• Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• You're someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.
