rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, is seeking a Sr Human Resources Generalist to support performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, communications, wellness, and policy interpretation. You will lead HR projects onsite, mentor staff, and partner with facility and corporate teams on employee relations and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or SHRM certification and at least 7 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or SHRM certification required.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting entry to management in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of state, local, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience consulting on employee relations situations.
• Strong initiative and results orientation.
• Focused problem-solving, analytical and system thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The Sr Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for contributing to the company’s performance by supporting company and human resources objectives in the areas of performance management, talent acquisition, training and onboarding, communications, wellness, and the interpretation and application of employment policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions

• Build strong and trusting relationships with the company business leaders and human resources
• Lead HR projects and initiatives onsite from the business and from the corporate office
• Mentor and provide support to HR team members at your facility or any of the operating companies
• Make recommendations, advise, coach leads, supervisors, and managers

Pay Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
