Job summary

rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, is hiring a Sr Human Resources Generalist to support performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, communications, wellness, and policy interpretation. You will partner with leaders, lead onsite HR projects, and mentor HR staff across facilities.

The role requires 7+ years HR experience, a Bachelor’s in HR or SHRM certification, and strong knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or active SHRM certification is required.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
• Experience recruiting entry level to management positions in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of state, local, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience consulting on a wide variety of employee relations situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and system thinking ability; initiative and results orientation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The Sr Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for contributing to the company’s performance by supporting company and human resources objectives in the areas of performance management, talent acquisition, training and onboarding, communications, wellness, and the interpretation and application of employment policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions

• Build strong and trusting relationships with the company business leaders and human resources

Cretex Companies use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.

Pay Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.

Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
