You’ll collaborate with field technicians and operations to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in home services sales, plumbing knowledge, and the ability to explain warranties and maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in home services, plumbing, HVAC, remodeling, or related industries.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience in residential plumbing sales.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, water heaters, water treatment systems, sewer line services, and related products.
• Experience with financing programs and in-home sales presentations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Residential Plumbing Sales Consultant

Position Summary

The Residential Plumbing Sales Consultant is responsible for meeting with homeowners to assess plumbing needs, provide solution-based recommendations, and present financing and purchase options. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales goals through ethical, consultative selling. The consultant works closely with field technicians, installers, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and perform system assessments.
