The YMCA of Southern Maine in Biddeford, ME seeks a Weekend Leader on Duty (LOD) to provide on-site leadership during weekend operations, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for members and staff. You will monitor facilities, assist staff, respond to incidents, and be the primary point of contact when other leaders are unavailable.
