Job summary

Williams Comfort Air in Indianapolis, IN is looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join a large Midwest leader. You’ll perform residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, inspections and repairs with professionalism and accuracy.

You’ll diagnose system issues, advise customers, and complete invoices while upholding company standards. The role rewards hands-on expertise, strong customer service, and opportunities for long-term growth with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required to drive company vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Have basic HVAC tools in possession.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and repairs.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams.
• Accurately complete service invoices and job documentation (100% accuracy).
• Properly close out jobs immediately after completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
• Use ServiceTitan (or similar software) to manage work orders and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your career.

Do I Have What It Takes?

Required:

Preferred (but not required):

• EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II required; Universal preferred)

• NATE Certifications (Core + specialties) preferred, not required

• Experience using ServiceTitan
