Job summary

Whipple Service Champions is seeking an experienced residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment for homeowners. You will demonstrate efficient problem-solving and maintain high levels of customer service while performing field service tasks.

The role requires 2–5+ years of residential HVAC experience, an HVAC degree or equivalent certification, and a valid driver’s license.

What YOU will do as an HVAC Service Technician:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Attend periodic training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS

What YOU will bring:

• 2-5+ Years of residential HVAC service experience (applications that do not meet this requirement will NOTbe considered).
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid drivers’ license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
