Whipple Service Champions is seeking a Residential HVAC Lead Installer to install equipment to standards and safety requirements. This role offers uncapped earnings, a company truck, gas card, phone, tablet, uniform, and full benefits.

You will pre-measure sites, coordinate with customers, and ensure compliance with OSHA and manufacturer specs. We require 3-5 years of residential HVAC lead installation experience, a HVAC degree or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and strong communication

What You'll Do as an HVAC Lead Installer:

• Install residential HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre-measure job sitesin order toproperly prepare for installation
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue,solutionand outcome; recommend products and services foroptimalsystem performance

What You'll Bring as an HVAC Lead Installer:

• 3-5 Years residential HVAC Lead installation experience - REQUIRED
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
• Willing tosubmitto and pass pre-employment background check and drug test
