Job summary

Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing Generators is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician in Kentucky to install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems for commercial and residential clients. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform emergency repairs, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Applicants should have 2+ years HVAC experience, a valid US driver’s license, and be willing to undergo pre-employment tests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC service experience.
• Service Titan knowledge a plus.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity/Ability to work outdoors
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units and ductwork.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in Service Titan.
• Explain issues, solutions, and outcomes to customers, and upsell when appropriate.

• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance
