F.H. Furr in Rockville, MD is seeking an HVAC Selling Technician who diagnoses and repairs residential HVAC systems and, when appropriate, recommends and sells upgrades during service calls.

This role combines hands-on technical work with proactive sales to ensure homeowners receive the best solutions for comfort and efficiency. The position offers hourly pay plus commissions, a signing bonus up to $10,000, and a $10,000 annual license bonus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales.
• Active HVAC license (apprentice or journeyman) required.
• Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose/repair a wide range of HVAC issues.
• Sales-driven mindset with confidence to recommend and sell new systems during service calls.
• Excellent communication and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities
