Job summary

Restano is seeking experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians to diagnose, repair, maintain and service residential systems with a focus on quality workmanship and customer trust.

You'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair furnaces, ACs, heat pumps and boilers, perform preventive maintenance, educate homeowners, document work in ServiceTitan, and pursue ongoing training for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required (EPA 608 Universal preferred).
• NATE Certification is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment.
• Educate homeowners and clearly explain repair options and recommendations.
• Recommend system upgrades, replacements, and comfort solutions when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Utilize ServiceTitan to document work and manage customer communication.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
