Job summary

Restano is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering outstanding customer service. You will work with a supportive team and use ServiceTitan to document work and communicate with homeowners.

Qualifications include EPA certification and 1+ year of residential HVAC service experience, with strong diagnostic skills and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required (608 Universal preferred).
• NATE Certification is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment.
• Educate homeowners and explain repair options clearly.
• Recommend upgrades when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability.
• Document work and customer communication using ServiceTitan.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required (EPA 608 Universal preferred)
• NATE Certification is a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
