MVP Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a dependable HVAC Maintenance Technician to service residential heating and cooling systems in Kansas. You will perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment testing, while educating homeowners and documenting findings.

The role emphasizes safe operation, quality workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience on every call. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Formación

• HVAC education, certification, or equivalent field experience preferred.
• Previous HVAC maintenance, installation, or service experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to identify maintenance needs and explain recommendations to homeowners.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate HVAC tools, testing equipment, and maintenance instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs.

Physical Requirements

Qualifications

• HVAC education, certification, or equivalent field experience preferred.
