F.H. Furr is seeking a seasoned HVAC Supervisor to lead and support field install teams in residential projects. You will collaborate with sales consultants and management to determine optimal install approaches, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 5 years in residential HVAC, strong leadership, and proficient use of Microsoft Office tools. This on-site position offers growth, a stable career path, and comprehensive benefits.

• Proven HVAC installation experience in residential applications.

• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors.
• Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Any other assigned duties as directed by management.
