Responsibilities

• Supervise and support HVAC install teams in the field.
• Assist sales consultants in the field to determine best course of action for installs.
• Establish effective working relationships with coworkers and superiors.
• Fully complete paperwork required for each job.
• Maintain cleanliness of the assigned company vehicle.
• Perform any other duties as directed by management.

Who/What Are We Looking For?

• Supervise and support our HVAC install teams in the field
• Aidother team members,such as sales consultants in the field, todeterminebest course of action for HVAC installsas directed by management
• Demonstrate andestablisheffective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
• Properly fill out all paperworkrequiredfor each job
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
• Any other assigned duties as directed by management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC
• Proven HVAC installation experience in residential applications
