Job summary

F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical in Rockville, MD is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our installation teams in the field. You’ll coordinate jobs, mentor technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC.
• Proven HVAC installation experience in residential applications.

• Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking.
• Confident and decisive communication in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors.
• Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Any other assigned duties as directed by management.
